Chicken and Veggie Doe Piazza Dopyaza Curry
Ingredients:
1kg chicken
300g cubed pumpkin
200g green beans
1 jar Tamarind Tree Doe Piazza Curry Paste
100ml coconut milk
Handful of spinach
Grated nutmeg
Process:
Brown chicken in a little oil.
When chicken is browned combine all ingredients except spinach and simmer for 45 minutes.
Stir in spinach.
Serve with rice and a little extra nutmeg.
Hearty Korma Curry
Ingredients:
1kg lamb, chicken or veg
1 jar Korma Curry Paste (we recommend Tamarind Tree of course!)
2 tbs yoghurt
1 tbs crush cashews
Coriander
Process:Combine chicken, Korrma curry paste, yogurt and cashews with a jar of water and simmer slow for 1 hour. 👩🏻🍳Serve with rice, roti, yoghurt, coriander and enjoy! 🎉
