Chicken and Veggie Doe Piazza Dopyaza Curry

Ingredients⁠: 1kg chicken⁠ 300g cubed pumpkin⁠ 200g green beans⁠ 1 jar Tamarind Tree Doe Piazza Curry Paste 100ml coconut milk⁠ Handful of spinach⁠ Grated nutmeg⁠ ⁠Process: Brown chicken in a little oil.⁠ When chicken is browned combine all ingredients except spinach and simmer for 45 minutes.⁠ Stir in spinach. ⁠ Serve with rice and a little extra nutmeg.⁠

Ingredients:⁠ 1kg lamb, chicken or veg⁠ 1 jar Korma Curry Paste (we recommend Tamarind Tree of course!)⁠ 2 tbs yoghurt⁠ 1 tbs crush cashews⁠ Coriander⁠ Process:Combine chicken, Korrma curry paste, yogurt and cashews with a jar of water and simmer slow for 1 hour. 👩🏻‍🍳⁠Serve with rice, roti, yoghurt, coriander and enjoy! 🎉
