Chicken and Veggie Doe Piazza Dopyaza Curry

Ingredients⁠: 1kg chicken⁠ 300g cubed pumpkin⁠ 200g green beans⁠ 1 jar Tamarind Tree Doe Piazza Curry Paste 100ml coconut milk⁠ Handful of spinach⁠ Grated nutmeg⁠ ⁠Process: Brown chicken in a little oil.⁠ When chicken is browned combine all ingredients except spinach and simmer for 45 minutes.⁠ Stir in spinach. ⁠ Serve with rice and a little extra nutmeg.⁠
