Ingredients:
- 1kg diced lamb
- 1 x 440g can of chickpeas
- 1 jar of Tamarind Tree Madras Aunty's Chettinad Curry Paste
- 100ml of coconut milk
Process:
Combine all ingredients and slow cook on 160 degrees for 2.5 hours. Service with rice, mango chutney and coriander.
