Ingredients:
- 1kg chicken
- 300g cubed pumpkin
- 200g green beans
- 1 jar Tamarind Tree Doe Piazza Curry Paste
- 100ml coconut milk
- Handful of spinach
- Grated nutmeg
Process:
- Brown chicken in a little oil.
- When chicken is browned combine all ingredients except spinach and simmer for 45 minutes.
- Stir in spinach.
- Serve with rice and a little extra nutmeg.
