Grilled Mango Chicken

Main dish
Serves 4
20 minutes (plus marinading time)


500gms chicken thigh fillets
½ jar Tamarind Tree Sweet Mango Chutney
1 Green chilli sliced
2 small cucumbers sliced
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 tablespoon plain yoghurt
Salt and pepper
Coriander to serve



1. Slice chicken into strips and place in a bowl.
2. Stir through Tamarind Tree Sweet Mango Chutney and yoghurt
3. Marinade for 1 hour
4. Thread chicken onto soaked bamboo skewers
5. Heat grill or barbecue and cook chicken for about ten minutes or until cooked through and charred
6. Serve with cucumber and coriander lime salad.
