Turmeric and Saffron Prawns

Note: (recipe easily doubled or halved)


1kg of cooked king prawns
2 tablespoons thick Greek yoghurt
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 heaped tablespoon Tamarind Tree Turmeric and Saffron TandoorI Paste 
Migella seeds
Pinch of salt


In a bowl, mix Greek yoghurt, sour cream, salt and Tamarind Tree Turmeric and Saffron

Top with nigella seeds or freshly chopped coriander.

Serve with king Prawns. Also goes well with any grilled seafood or chicken!
