Servers 420 minutes  Ingredients 1 Tablespoon coconut oil 1 clove of garlic, crushed 1 teaspoon ginger 1 red onion1 Tablespoon Tamarind Tree Tandoori Tikka paste200 g ripe tomatoes, chopped 500gms large raw peeled prawns 200 ml coconut milk100 g baby spinach Method Heat coconut oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, add the onion, and fry for 5 minutes then add ginger and garlic.  Stir in the Tamarind Tree tikka paste and fry for a minute then add tomatoes and cook for a further 2 minutes. Serves 420 minutes prep6-8 hours in slow cooker  Ingredients 600gms chicken thighs, diced 1 tablespoon oil 1 x 440 gm can cherry tomatoes1 jar Tamarind Tree Butter Chicken 1 green capsicum, sliced 1 red Capsicum, sliced1 onion, sliced 2 cloves garlic, crushed Tamarind and saffron rice to serve  Method Heat oil in a large frying pan and cook chicken until browned.
